How much does delivery cost?

Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days in the UAE and 5 to 8 business days to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Customs clearance can add time outside the UAE.

Do I pay customs or import VAT?

Orders to the UAE have no import charges. For the other GCC countries, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Are your games and consoles genuine?

Yes. Everything we sell is genuine. New games, consoles and accessories arrive factory sealed in their original packaging. A small range of retro games is pre-owned; those are marked as pre-owned, with their condition stated on the product page.

How do I pay?

By card through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards are accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at riftx077@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you.

Can I return a game I opened?

No. Opened games, digital codes and gift cards cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Do Nintendo Switch 2 games work on the original Switch?

No. Switch 2 game cards only work on Nintendo Switch 2. Most original Switch games do run on Switch 2.

Do PS4 games work on PS5?

Most PS4 games play on PS5. Disc games need a PS5 with a disc drive; the Digital Edition and PS5 Pro need the separately sold disc drive to play discs.

When do pre-orders ship?

As soon as the game is released in the region.
