RiftX Games ships games, consoles, accessories and collectibles from Dubai to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order to all six countries, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during busy periods may take longer to process.
Delivery time
- United Arab Emirates: usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: usually 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary for reasons outside our control.
Order tracking
We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered within the UAE have no import charges. For orders to other GCC countries, any customs duties, import VAT or other charges set by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered games ship when they are released in the region.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us at riftx077@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Additional charges may apply if an order has to be redelivered because of an incorrect address.
