Times start once your order is dispatched, which is within 1 to 2 business days. Customs clearance can add time outside the UAE.

How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days in the UAE and 5 to 8 business days to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Customs clearance can add time outside the UAE.
Do I pay customs or import VAT?
Orders to the UAE have no import charges. For the other GCC countries, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices and checkout are in UAE dirhams (AED). Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Can I return an item from outside the UAE?
Yes, on the same terms as in the UAE: within 7 days of delivery for unopened items, or items that arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
